Fashion belongs to everyone. Someone’s budget, age, gender, background, or social status shouldn’t determine whether they can express themselves through style. Great fashion isn’t only about what you wear, but how you interpret it, carry it, and make it your own. Whether it’s a statement piece or something understated, individuality is what GIVES A ‘look’ its impact.

I am Bostanakis. I am fascinated by how fashion evolves: observing everyday trends, identifying what makes a look work, and then pushing it further. Sometimes that means making subtle adjustments, introducing an unexpected accessory, or combining pieces differently. Other times, it means creating looks that might not even exist yet.

But what fascinates me most about fashion is what happens to the person wearing it. Clothing particularly can change more than appearance. It can influence how someone carries themselves, how they behave, and the persona they project. Sophisticated attire can encourage a more composed and professional presence. Glamorous clothing can make a woman feel more glamorous, confident, and expressive. As the attire changes, so can the way a person presents themselves to the world.

That transformation is something I want to capture in my photography. I’m interested not only in the clothes themselves, but in the character they bring out in the person wearing them. How a different look can bring out a different side of someone.

I’m interested in looks that people can connect with. I want fashion to exist beyond the photograph and become something someone can genuinely wear. When someone sees one of my images, I want them to be able to take that look as a reference and find pieces online or in stores that allow them to match it as closely as possible. It doesn’t have to be the same designer, the same brand, or even the same fabric. What matters is being able to capture the look, the styling, and the overall feel without needing access to something unattainable.

My philosophy in fashion photography is clearly defined: show people a look that they can actually take into the real world. See it, find it, match it, and wear it.
